Aloha!

Practicing Mana Gardening for almost 10 years has transformed me from being bogged down in my head, constantly thinking and over-thinking everything, to being more in my heart, more peaceful, more in-tune with my own inner rhythm and wisdom. From this place, my intention is to share my experiences to benefit you along you path. I will even share some scientific findings along the way.

In great gratitude, Michelle

It was a no-brainer…I booked myself a ticket to Hawaii for the summer in response to a temporary job offer. My dear friend, Keti, had it all set up: a place to stay in exchange for weeding the garden, a car to drive, opportunities to sell our book at a popular hotel, and much more. […]

Now is a great time to imagine better… what we mean is that it is an opportune (perhaps even very necessary) moment to imagine and feel that all is well.   We can imagine healthy, loving, supportive relationships among all peoples, that all of Earth’s inhabitants have the resources they need, and the resources are managed sustainably and respectfully […]

As a decade-long practitioner of Mana Gardening, I can confidently state that the wisdom of the inner garden can vastly improve your life experience. When faced with a break up with someone I  was finally excited about, I had a choice in how to handle it: do the old pattern of feeling like a […]

When you get up to meditate in the morning before you start your day, consider that there are LOTS of beautiful souls doing exactly the same thing at exactly the same time! Are you aware of the power of group prayer and meditation? Below, a couple of scientific studies are described that provide evidence that group […]

Everywhere you look, people are helping people. Look around and see for yourself. You see someone opening the door for someone, a person slowing down to let someone in to traffic, someone sharing food with another, giving a helping hand, helping a friend move, offering hugs when someone’s feeling down. You see people flocking to […]

My grandmother, a.k.a. Nanny, shared with me today that she used a mana gardening technique of replacing memories. She didn’t put it like that of course, but as she told the story, I realized that’s exactly what she did. Nanny lives in a place with many other elders. The elders get together and share their […]

Decision Making Can be Super Simple if you Use and Rely on Inner Guidance.   How do you normally make decisions? What is your process? Do you make a list of pros and cons? Do you play out each outcome and see how each might feel? Do you waver back-and-forth not knowing what choice […]

Today as I was pulling out of the chiropractor’s office, an older lady, walking rather quickly on the sidewalk, caught my eye. She was clearly talking to me but I didn’t really hear what she was saying. It was something about the bus. As I waved her over, she asked me for a ride because […]

What does transformation really look like? How do you know if you are moving in the right direction? How can you integrate or accelerate your own transformation? Transformation is what we came here to do. To transform from the flawed human template into a divine template. We came here to be the change we wish […]

Typically, a New Year’s resolution is a tradition in which a person resolves to change an undesired trait or behavior. A commitment is a state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity, etc.  Generally, people resolve to do something or not do something for the entire year. Many times resolutions fail due to […]
