Healing Trauma with Meditation: Empowering Yoga Practices

Blog Contributor / Be Empowered

Meditation can be a valuable tool in healing for individuals who have experienced trauma.

Who would’ve thought that healing trauma with meditation is possible? The deep emotional wounds come with repercussions, like a person’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being in disarray. Meditation, when practiced mindfully and with appropriate guidance, can help in several ways:

Mind-Body Connection

Trauma can often lead to a disconnection between the mind and body. Meditation can help bridge this gap by fostering a deeper awareness of bodily sensations, emotions, and thoughts. Mindful practices like body scanning and breath awareness can encourage the reintegration of mind and body.

Regulation of the Nervous System

Trauma can lead to a dysregulated nervous system, resulting in hypervigilance, anxiety, or emotional numbness. Meditation, especially practices focusing on deep breathing and relaxation, can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting a sense of calm and safety.

Emotional Processing

Meditation can provide a safe space to process and release trauma-related emotions. Individuals can gradually work through unresolved emotional pain by observing emotions non-judgmentally and allowing them to arise and pass.

Cultivating Mindfulness

Mindfulness, the practice of being fully present in the moment without judgment, can help individuals develop greater resilience to trauma-related triggers and stressors. One can learn to respond to challenging situations with greater clarity and composure through mindfulness.

Building Resilience

Trauma can make individuals more susceptible to stress and emotional turmoil. Meditation can help build resilience by fostering a more balanced perspective, reducing reactivity, and enhancing coping mechanisms.

Creating Space for Healing Trauma

Photo by Conscious Design on Unsplash

Regular meditation allows individuals to create a sacred and nurturing space essential for healing from trauma. This dedicated time for self-care and self-compassion can be transformative in the recovery process.

That is where Mana Sciences comes in. With meditative yoga, uncover your inner strength in healing trauma with the help of ancient Hawaiian wisdom. Working On the Complexities of Trauma

While meditation can be beneficial, it’s essential to recognize that trauma is a complex and sensitive issue. It’s crucial to work with a trained mental health professional, such as a therapist or counselor, who specializes in trauma therapy. They can provide appropriate support and guidance and ensure meditation practices align with your unique needs and healing journey.

Remember, healing from trauma is a gradual process that requires patience and self-compassion. Meditation can be a valuable complement to professional therapy, support groups, and other healing modalities. It’s essential to honor your experiences, take your time, and seek help from qualified professionals as needed.

Empowering Yoga Practices for Healing Trauma

To empower your yoga practice, you can incorporate the following tips and techniques to deepen your mind-body connection and enhance your overall experience:

Set Intentions

Start each yoga session with a clear intention or purpose. Setting intentions can focus your mind and direct your energy during practice, whether to cultivate inner peace, build strength, improve flexibility, or be present.

Breath Awareness

Pay close attention to your breath throughout your practice. Use deep, mindful breathing to anchor yourself in the present moment and maintain a steady rhythm. Breath awareness also helps you stay focused and calm during challenging poses.

Regular Practice

Consistency is critical. Set aside dedicated time for your yoga practice regularly. Regularity will bring more profound benefits over time, whether daily, a few times a week, or whatever works for you.

Practice Mindfulness

Yoga is not just about physical postures; it’s about being fully present in the moment and believing in the impossible. Cultivate mindfulness by observing your thoughts and sensations without judgment during your practice. This can help you develop a more profound self-awareness and inner peace.

Proper Alignment

Focus on alignment to avoid injury and maximize each pose. Listen to your body and make adjustments as needed. If you’re unsure about proper alignment, consider attending classes with experienced instructors or seeking online resources.

Warm-Up

Always warm up before diving into more challenging poses. Gentle stretches and movements prepare your body and mind for the practice ahead, reducing the risk of strain or injury.

Embracing Challenges in Healing Trauma

Don’t shy away from challenges for the sake of growth and self-discovery. With patience and consistent effort, you’ll gradually see improvements. Cultivate a sense of gratitude for your practice, your body, and your progress. Appreciating the journey will help you stay motivated and positive, even during frustration or plateaus.

And lastly, be kind to yourself and avoid self-criticism. Remember that yoga is a personal journey, and progress looks different for everyone. Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small, and treat yourself with compassion and understanding.

By incorporating these elements into your yoga practice, you can empower yourself to experience the full benefits of yoga on physical, mental, and spiritual levels. Remember, yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery and growth, so embrace the process and enjoy the transformation it brings to your life.

The Dynamic Brain: The Process of Rewiring the Brain

Blog Contributor / Adult Be Empowered

Photo by Google DeepMind on Unsplash

To this day, the brain remains a mystery. Nobody truly knows its capacity and limitations. However, one thing is sure to humanity: rewiring the brain may be possible due to its dynamism.

The brain is an ever-changing system in people’s bodies. It’s in charge of ensuring that people can adapt to a likewise ever-changing world.

The constant reminder that adults must be conscious and aware of their behaviors in front of children isn’t done out of illogical fears or pure paranoia. There’s a logic behind this belief, which concerns the brain’s malleability or dynamism. Like its surroundings, the brain is a highly dynamic machine with a constantly changing and adapting functioning.

Knowledge like this allows people to regain hope, especially individuals with mental illnesses who carry a negative perspective of life. Nothing is set in stone when it comes to the brain. How it functions and perceives things can change – the brain does change. It’s a breath of fresh air, knowing it doesn’t have a single, permanent configuration that immobilizes people into perceiving life through a strict lens perpetually. With a determined and constant habit, rewiring the brain is possible and can be achieved through neuroplasticity.

Rewiring the Brain Highlighted by Neuroplasticity

Scientists keen on studying the brain once established that it only remains susceptible to change and influence during childhood. Once people have crossed this period, rewiring the brain becomes closely impossible. It’s as if there’s a freezing period wherein the brain starts to react differently and slowly to training and instruction. However, such belief has been proven wrong, and new research data posits that the brain continues to be malleable throughout people’s lives.

This brain’s capacity to respond and welcome change is called neuroplasticity.

At its anatomical level, neuroplasticity is defined by the brain’s continuous growth of cells resulting in the reconnection of severed pathways. At people’s behavioral level, this process manifests through people’s ability to learn or unlearn skills even after time or disease or the changes in their personality and thought patterns throughout their lives.

People continue and can change because of the principles of neuroplasticity.

For instance, someone with depression might believe negative self-talk is their new normal. And it might seem like it given the pathway for this behavior will become more robust following the diagnosis. People may wake up and be greeted with negative statements daily, but this doesn’t make it permanent. Through neuroplasticity, neural pathways in charge of these statements can be severed or strengthened, thus changing people’s behavior as well.

It’s through constant adjustment of behavior that makes rewiring the brain possible. It’s not easy. It will take time, but the newer version of themselves people will welcome makes the process worth it.

How Do These Changes Happen?

It can be challenging to envision how the brain can make these changes and even harder to explain the process. Rewiring the brain happens at its structural, chemical, and functional levels, influencing people’s behaviors. The easiest way to describe these changes without all the technicalities can be boiled down to repetition.

Use It to Lose or Improve It

When people constantly practice a behavior, this sends signals to the brain, asking it to form a pathway specifically for this action. The more people practice, the more the brain exercises and strengthens this pathway. Rewiring the brain towards the other direction happens as efficiently as practicing the opposite behavior to make a new pathway for the brain to strengthen. This specialized or constant training helps the brain understand the changes to be made at its structural and functional level.

Salience

Like practice, emotions can also help strengthen or weaken this connection within the brain. This can be easy to remember. After all, when people enjoy or love what they’re doing, they will likely incorporate or remember these activities strengthening the pathway required in rewiring the brain. On the contrary, if they dislike the activity or thought, they are expected to avoid it, weakening the connection. This emotional compound of neuroplasticity is why there’s a necessity for people to associate behaviors with emotions to help increase one’s memory of the information.

Time and Condition Matters

Repetition and emotion play their parts in neuroplasticity, but they won’t have a significant contribution if the brain is suffering from an injury. Neuroplasticity can occur anytime, but a window to when it doesn’t will exist during a trauma. When this happens, the brain focuses on recovery instead of creating new pathways. The earlier people concentrate on healing, the faster this window closes before a new one opens to welcome the change process.

Positive Self-Affirmations: Is There Science Behind It?

Blog Contributor / Be Empowered

Photo by Keegan Houser on Unsplash

Positive self-affirmations revolve around a fundamental principle. It posits that maintaining a positive self-view can translate into tremendous physical manifestation. But with a primarily mystical process, is there a scientific basis for people to believe in such? (Critcher and Dunning 2015)

Self-competence trumps difficulties.

As long as people trust themselves, anything is possible. Problems become mere obstacles which are easily overcome. However, this value can be tricky to achieve due to its distinctive nature. Not to mention, the self is often one’s biggest enemy.

Self-competence depends on and is measured by how people perceive their skills and abilities. The higher their trust and acceptance of themselves are, the higher their self-competence becomes. When people know and find assurance in their strengths and weaknesses, they begin to view themselves positively. They set realistic expectations for them to achieve and trust themselves to achieve such. With self-competence, people never waver despite mistakes and failures. Instead of taking these too personally and beating themselves up over them, people perceive them as stepping stones for future improvement.

Self-confidence is everything.

It helps people cope and bounce back whenever they crumble against the lemons life throws. With this amount of trust, people can better nurture their growth, not dwelling on failure.

How Can One Cultivate This Competence?

Someone praising themselves for being amazing seems bizarre and often narcissistic. But over time and with better means, one may believe such and live to their potential. Seeing is believing. But when it comes to psychology, saying can turn into believing.

This is the primary concept for positive self-affirmations or affirmative cognitive behavior therapy. In its basic definition, self-affirmation is a means of validating oneself. Regardless of the threats and problems people face, positive self-affirmations work when people believe and tell themselves to believe in their capabilities and skills.

How does this work?

According to research, the body has a psychological protection system. This is a combination of defensive mental strategies that work to protect the individual’s self-esteem. Self-affirmation is a contributor to this protection system. A perfect example of this manifests whenever people rationalize their mistakes. When people associate positive outcomes with their hard work but blame external factors for adverse consequences, they’re unconsciously protecting their self-worth.

While there may be some critical perspectives toward these defensive mechanisms, it’s a crucial process so people can maintain their well-being. The more they safeguard their worth, the fewer the chances of them questioning their capabilities.

“I’ve failed to achieve this not because I’m incapable but because of other factors.”

“This failure isn’t my fault. I have done my best. I am enough.”

What Exactly Are Positive Self-Affirmations?

These affirmations are simple statements to change or influence one’s perception of themselves. In simple words, they challenge an individual’s existing self-concept. They encourage people to think the opposite of what they or society might have made them believe about themselves, creating self-change.

Positive self-affirmations can act as inspiration or a simple reminder that one is worthy amid creeping doubt. They can also be statements geared toward one’s daily goals.

“I am confident in myself.”

Affirmations are designed to nurture within people an optimistic mindset to protect their sense of self. These statements are inherently crucial in the reduction of people’s negative thoughts. The chief basis of this theory’s effectiveness is the belief that the constant repetition of affirmations can shift people’s mindsets, leading to positive behavioral outcomes.

This is why positive self-affirmations occupy a powerful place within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). As this therapy focuses on the connections between people’s thoughts and actions, self-affirmation effectively bridges these elements.

With self-affirmation, thoughts have the most influence over people’s behavior. What they think influences how they feel and how they do in behavior.

The Science Behind Daily Positive Self-Affirmations

Positive self-affirmations intervene in people’s doubt, restoring their self-competence (Critcher and Dunning 2015). Although merely statements, these allow individuals to recognize and acknowledge their self-worth and core values when self-doubt rises (Steele, 1988). Again, self-confidence and realizing that the self is enough to triumph over adversities can help actualize their potential.

Ultimately, the fear that they won’t amount to anything stops people from stepping into their potential. Before they even take a leap and try anything, their doubt blinds them from seeing what they’re capable of. Positive self-affirmations challenge these negative and typically unhelpful thoughts (Koole et al., 1999; Wiesenfeld et al., 2001; Logel & Cohen, 2012).

Believing that the simplicity of repeating words can do wonders for the human mind can be challenging. But this concept of positive self-affirmations is based on psychological theory. Like meditation improves one’s well-being, repeating affirmations’ effectively is based on close associations with the mind. It’s maximizing the mind-over-body principle. It’s the belief that when people feel good and think they’re good, then life will follow.

Mana Gardening: The Hawaiian Art of Pursuing Happiness

Blog Contributor / Be Empowered

Practicing Hawaiian Mana Gardening empowers individuals to become aware of what they want and teaches them a manifestation meditation method to achieve them.

Among the Melanesians and Polynesians, mana is the vital energy of existence that dwells in everything. It is an impersonal, amoral, and supernatural energy that—according to their old beliefs—can either be a positive or negative influence, sometimes veering into even the dangerous. What differentiates them from each other is the mana that they each possess.

In the Hawaiian language, mana is typically translated as power, oftentimes as breath. Some may misconstrue mana as akin to political influence or something like material wealth or status, but it is more appropriate to say that it is—in line with broader Melanesian and Polynesian beliefs—the life force that animates creation and the energy that sits inside everything that imbues all things with uniqueness and essence.

Mana is characteristic of each individual, and with every action one conducts, one can either gain or lose mana.

According to Charlotte Berney in Fundamentals of Hawaiian Mysticism, one of the best ways to gather mana is to perform relevant and consequential activities and establish amicable and intimate relationships with the people around you and the broader community at large.

Following this, the courses at the Mana Gardening Institute are designed to better associate you with the mana that is flowing within your body to better assist you in achieving a happier and more fulfilled existence.

Throughout your studies with the Mana Gardening Institute, you will get in touch with almost forgotten concepts and potent methods.

You won’t find yourself in a spot of worry since there will be kokua (Hawaiian for support and assistance) all through your journey as you delve into the wonders of the manifestation meditation method of the Institute and other practices.

Why Should Anyone Practice Hawaiian Mana Gardening?

While this is a very important question to ask before enrolling in any of the courses that the Mana Gardening Institute offers, there should also be another question that precedes it, which is:

“Why, with all the advancements and strides that science and technology have made and discovered throughout the years, are most people still below the necessary level of health and happiness?”

That is because the contemporary systems that are in place do not actually strike at the root of the problem, nor do they address the issues directly. The way that the systems work is that they only provide remedies and stopgap measures, and while they are substantial and impactful enough, they only go toward prolonging the problem and cannot cut it off clean from its head.

Imagine a fire burning down a house. When the firefighters come to quench the flames, they are only there to fight off the fire. Whatever happens next has nothing to do with them.

You need to call in other specialists.

That’s what happens in the current paradigm of remediation and recovery.

Through the Mana Gardening method, individuals are given a chance to recover more holistically. This means providing them with the tools and techniques necessary to heal themselves directly, and this approach requires the proper accumulation of mana.

Mana Gardening establishes a way for people to explore and widen their consciousness in an environment that is specifically designed to facilitate such a gentle and fragile process.

This is the essence of Mana Gardening.

How Does Acquiring Mana Help You?

As mentioned before, mana is the energy of everything; it is that which permeates the conscious and unconscious worlds. Collecting mana requires immersing oneself in the world and resonating with the rhythm of nature, and communing with your subconscious mind.

Remember, the subconscious mind is what takes in everything, deciphering the passing world and collating what is necessary for the conscious mind to function properly. It is in the subconscious that one’s deepest desires and dreams are buried. Without the subconscious mind, everyone would be in danger of overloading their senses. But, the average person does not usually have the opportunity to access their subconscious mind.

This is where mana comes in. By learning how to amass enough mana, one gains the ability to better understand themselves and their mind, both the conscious and unconscious parts. It is through the mastery of mana that you can access the subconsciousness.

Body of Light, Breath of God

Michelle Shine / Be Empowered

The night of December 21, the Solstice, I was feeling lost, disconnected, exhausted from ongoing and overwhelming contract negotiations, feeling that things should be different in this moment, feeling that I should be stronger than this.

Especially since I have been working on ‘my vibe’ for the last year intensely (and actually for over a decade) in anticipation of this day, the prophesied entrance to the Golden Age.

I prayed. And asked for assistance from all of my guides and the company of heaven, to help me know what I need to release and love free.

Nothing came.

“I surrender. What else can I do?” Lyrics from Tina Malia’s “Sound of the River” song filled my heart.

On my knees beside my bed, praying to God, I surrendered.

I cried.

Knelt to the floor.

Cried and cried.

I let go. There was nothing else I could do. Let go and let God.

Perfect surrender.

I decided and commanded that all I want to do is serve the Light, serve God. Be ONE with God. I splayed myself open and released all of who I think I am and my limited mind. Everything. I just went limp in surrender to the ONE.

I then imagined myself my inner garden where there is a fire pit in a desert landscape with four of my friends drumming and holding down sacred space. The fire emanates from a deep hole in the Earth. The fire is the Violet flame of Mother Father God, the Violet flame of transmutation,  emanating up from the deep hole in the Earth. I stood over this hole in the earth, levitating as the Violet flames enveloped me.  I often imagine myself here when I need to let go and release. This night, I asked to be cleansed fully and completely from all the distorted ideas I have about myself, my identity, and all that is not the True Divine Me.

My body slowly dissolved and became part of the Violet fire. (Usually, I release ‘stuff’ at this fire pit and it gets lapped away by the Violet fire and transmuted back into Light. I have never dissolved like this before, and I feel like I did not make this happen, it just happened, organically, in my inner garden.

In another area of my inner garden, a gorgeous green mountainous landscape, a vast sea of angels appeared. A new version of my body lay horizontal in the air and was passed in front of each angel.  As each one touched me, a tiny spark of light was gifted to my body. I went around to what seemed like millions of angels who each gave me a little packet of light. I received packets of light from the Pleiadians, from the Sirian Royal Lions, from the Ashtar command, from the Essenes, from Isis, from St Germaine, from every guide and angel I’ve worked with or has ever supported me.

The light I received seemed endless.

All gave me a packet of light.

And then all my friends and family showed up and each touched me and gave me a packet of light as well. And my beloved partner gave me a kiss. And then every person I’ve ever touched, moved, inspired or affected in a positive way came into my inner garden and touched me and gave me their light too.

A truly amazing sight! A gift of pure LOVE and LIGHT.

Archangel Metatron seemed to be in charge and this was his gift to me for which I am eternally grateful. (Archangel Metatron  guided me as I wrote the Mana Gardening book.)

Next my body came to be in front of Quan Yin. (I simply adore Quan Yin. She and her eternal loving kindness is ALWAYS with me.) She breathed LIGHT into my heart and it glowed.

Beloved Archangel Metatron tweaked my mind (which I could actually feel) which opened my crown chakra.

And then dear Yeshua (also known as Jesus) came. He BREATHED me. I inhaled and exhaled the BREATH of CHRIST.  I was being given a new BODY of LIGHT and being given the BREATH of GOD.

I was Being RESURRECTED. Holy Holy Holy.

I cried and cried in gratitude for these beloved gifts of perception,  became utterly exhausted and I slept.

Woke up feeling like I still had more to release… noticed me shaming myself for getting upset on the Solstice in the first place – I was still not in complete allowance of what had happened. I sat with the self shame for bit and nurtured it, thanked it for its service and asked it to leave since it is no longer needed using the violet flame to transmute those energies back into Gods perfection. It then felt complete to let that recurring theme go (again!).

Then I was listening in on Patricia Cota-Robles in the Soulshine event and Quan Yin comes and brings me loving kindness and compassion that I lovingly give to myself and spread to the world. There I was crying again.

After some integration, the significance of what occurred finally setting in:  I received a Body of Light made up of angels and galactic beings, my friends and family, and all whom I have affected in a positive way. I am MADE of them. I am now made of the pure LOVELIGHT of God’s children who lovingly gifted this to me. I now breathe Christ’s breath, the Breath of God.
Holy holy holy!

May this experience forever change me and catapult me to into my deep desire to come completely into my fullness as a fully self-realized Christ Conscious being of God on New Earth!

***These type of experiences just happen in the inner garden when you tune into your higher self through the act of Mana Gardening on a consistent basis. Keti and I call this organic gardening (as you will read in our book) and as you will discover, or perhaps already have, the inner garden of your heart, works FOR you, THROUGH you to bring forth all the goodness you deserve and desire!

Finding Lost Objects with Mana Gardening

Michelle Shine / Adult Be Empowered

Did you know you can tap into your inner wisdom through Mana Gardening and ask for help finding lost objects?

This video shares a recent story about finding my phone that dropped out of my pocket while hiking a very steep slope. Grateful to have found it and grateful to my inner wisdom for guiding me!! I’ve also used Mana Gardening to locate my daughter’s belongings.

The steps:

  1. Do not allow your mind to go into fear or anxiety or into what might happen if you never find the object. Very important! Once fear takes hold, it can be a challenge to shift your energy back to a space of peace and allowing.
  2. immediately calm yourself, soothe yourself in your inner garden. Allow you to bask in your own personal heavenly space. Feel nourished, supported and adored.
  3. Ask your higher self/guides/Creator Source to help you find the thing(s).
  4. Remain in the heavenly vibrations of your inner garden while you ask for clues about where the object(s) are.
  5. Everyone is different in terms of how inner wisdom works.  So listen, feel or see with your heart to the clues that come. And keep seeing and feeling yourself in the sacred space of your inner garden. (This keeps the active thinking mind busy so you can actually hear, see or feel your inner wisdom.)
  6. Be open and follow the guidance or intuition you receive.
  7. Find your thing(s) and feel gratitude.

You might hear directions on where to look, or see an image of the place or area where you left the objects, or you may have a direct knowing or feeling about the discovery of the lost items. Just be open to receiving guidance and try not to get too frustrated if it isn’t working. You can always come back to your garden later when you are in a more peaceful space and try again. The inner garden is always there for you!

Thank you for tuning in and blessings in your journeys!

Love,

Michelle

How Powerful is Your Breath?

Michelle Shine / Be Empowered
The breath…

How powerful is our breath? Infinitely powerful. HOLY in fact.

Imagine 3 flames in your heart: one pink-the Love of God, one blue-the power of God, one yellow/gold-the unity of God and humanity. Now breathe into this triple flame and see and feel it expand. As you do this, consider that you are breathing into the God/Infinite Creator within you. Feel the immense magnitude of this inhale and hold it for a moment.

As you exhale, know and feel that you are exhaling the love, power, unity, magic, blessings, and healing of God out to everything and everyone in your sphere.

You are BLESSED and you are a BLESSING as you consciously breathe your HOLY BREATH.

As you consciously inhale into the flames (fire element) within your heart, you are breathing in electrons from mother earth, the element of air. Those electrons then enter your body and are exchanged with electrons in your body (the earth and water elements). As you exhale, the electrons that were in your body are sent out (as the air element) and dispersed. In the process of diffusion, upon your exhale your electrons are now traveling far and wide, dispersing into the atmosphere around you. As you consciously breathe into your heart and into the flames of God/Infinite Creator within and charge these electrons with that love and focus, you send electrons charged with love and consciousness out to the world on your exhale. Your breath is HOLY! Since electrons exist as both particles and waves and exist everywhere simultaneously, your breath is indeed affecting all of life, and IS LIFE.

HOLY HOLY HOLY.
In Hawaiian, HA means “breath of life”.  Let’s look at the word Aloha. It’s meaning is derived from “alo” which means “to go with, to share or to follow” and “ha,” which is “the breath of life” or figuratively the “essence of the soul.” This word and greeting is an intimate expression among friends, a sharing of spirits. In effect it means that a portion of my spirit will follow after you. How beautiful!

Hawaii means ha – breath of life, wai – fresh water and I – supreme god or original consciousness. Aloha – I greet you with my breath. Mahola – I thank you with my breath.

The Sanskrit word for breath is prana, meaning life force. In yoga, when we talk about breath practices, we call these breath practices pranayama, from prana – breath, yama – control of, meaning the control of the breath or the life force.
Hawaiians knew it! Yogi’s knew it. BREATH IS SACRED!

Breathe consciously every day and feel your power. Feel the immense love within you and give it away. Your breath is a SACRED GIFT TO ALL!

Believe in the I’mpossible

Michelle Shine / Be Empowered
What is something that is supposedly impossible that you believe in?
~Or~
What is something that is supposedly impossible that you could believe in?

During our ascension to 5D it is important to believe in the impossible. The energy of believing in something you want that is supposedly impossible, is invigorating and that is the exact energy we want to cultivate for our transition to 5D. The 5th dimension is all about thriving, harmony, peace, abundance and almost unreal manifestation! Imagine like a child. See it as real, feel it, totally pretend and see how you feel. It’s seriously fun!

So find something to believe that turns you on and have fun with it.
Not impossible — I’m possible!

See it in your inner garden and Believe in the I’m possible! ❤

Ascension and How to Prepare 2020

Michelle Shine / Be Empowered

Upcoming Powerful Alignments – Holy week of 2020

Powerful alignments and energy blasts are occurring over the next week+ (12/10/2020 – 12/21/2020 and on).

It’s a good idea to take some time to yourself on these days and notice the energy, feel it and intend to receive as much  love and light as possible.

On December 12 there is a 12:12 portal which brings in Divine feminine energies to our planet.

On December 14 there is a total solar eclipse and new moon in Sagittarius bringing in solar light to prepare us for the big alignment on December 21 (the Solstice).

On December 18 the sun aligns with the Galactic center and we will receive downloads of powerful diamond light codes. According to astrologers, the sun and the great central sun will merge and create white gold sun and the two suns of the new earth.

On December 21 there will be a total realignment of the sun with Earth as the sun completes her birthing process. Also Jupiter and Saturn align and herald in the entrance into the Golden Age, the Age of Aquarius. It will appear as a star of Bethlehem in our sky and perhaps signifies the return of Christ Consciousness on planet Earth. INCREDIBLY EXCITING TIMES! These are the days we have been working so hard on our self healing for! This is the turning point from Human to Divine Human.

Take a breath and take that in….

Things You Can do to Prepare for the Grand Alignments and Energies:

  • Stay out of fear and anger as these energies block Christ Consciousness energy. If anger and fear come up, use your tools, clear them and get back to neutral as fast as you can.
  • Instead of activating fear and anger, have compassion for others and all situations. In this time-space reality of duality, the dark actually serves the light. Darkness/negativity helps us choose the light, so having compassion is paramount.
  • Consciously open your heart daily and hourly.
  • Ask and you shall receive. Ask your higher self or God or your guides to help you remember who you really are. Ask your angels and guides and mother father God to help you align with your God presence (also called your I AM presence). Guides are allowed to help if you ask for their help.
  • Get excited! This is the time that we have been preparing for and waiting for. This is the time when we get to embody oneness and unity with ALL life. What does the world look like and feel like when all are in unity and oneness? Feel how amazing and exciting that is. The energy of excitement and curiosity are very important. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. Our Envision the New Earth series is perfect for this!
  • Listen to Patricia Cota Robles’ YouTube video called, “I am returning to Christ Consciousness“. Watch it too, the graphics are gorgeous!
  • Give yourself love. Self-love seems to be a BIG KEY to this transformation. Sit for a moment and consciously give your own love to YOU. Feel yourself loving yourself and feel that energy expanding out from your heart into the area around your body. When we give our own love to ourselves, we feel more aligned with Source/God/Infinite Creator and have much more to give others. Access Love in Your Heart meditation here.

Key point: There seems to be a leap of faith involved in this transformation.

No one knows what this leap of faith will be or how it will show up. For me, if an angel shows up in my bedroom and says, “Let’s go,” I’m going! One way in which I am handling this is by asking my I AM presence, God and my guides to allow this leap of faith to be perfectly obvious to me and make it crystal clear that I’m supposed to leap in that moment. You could do something similar.

The leap, according to several sources is supposed to occur between Dec 21 and the end of 2020.

What a wild ride we are on! This is the turning point even though it may not look like it from looking at the world around us. Stay in your heart, stay in peace and love. Let’s do this and create Heaven on Earth together in the Golden Age.

May your journey of coming home to God be the most incredible experience of your existence!

Namaste,

Michelle

Releasing What no Longer Serves You

As we heal and move closer and closer to being more of our true nature, things come up that need to be released so that we can move forward unencumbered by that energy. Letting go is like starting fresh. And we do it over and over and over through this process of transformation.

We have the power to consciously release what no longer serves our lives.

Learn a potent method of letting go of what you are ready to release. Release anger, fear, worry, judgment, negative thoughts, etc. using the power of intention, imagination and visualization (Mind Gardening/Mana Gardening techniques).

The 5 minute video below explains the technique.

Here is guided meditation (11 minutes) you can follow along with anytime you feel ready to let go.
